Slide installation

Usually, you want to install the slideway when installing the sliding door. When installing the slideway, you need to fix the door beam according to the width of the doorway and the opening direction. Usually, it is fixed on two sides based on the center of the doorway width. It should be noted that the left and right sides of the connection between the slideway and the door beam The height needs to be consistent, and the size of the centerline of the slideway and the outer wall of the color board needs to be consistent, and its size is best to be half the thickness of the fan with a gap of 2cm.

Door leaf installation

The door leaf and pulley system of the sliding door are usually processed directly in the factory. After the upper slide is installed, the pulley can be placed in the chute, and then placed vertically by manual or other lifting tools. Below it, at the same time, insert the screw on the door leaf and install it into the pulley

Door limiter

When the door leaf of the sliding door is installed, it is necessary to install the door limiter. The angle steel limiter needs to be welded to the position 10mm from the side of the pulley at the bottom or inside of the upper slide, so that the opening area of the door leaf is limited to its effective Within range. The contact point between the angle steel and the pulley must be above 20mm, and a hard rubber pad can be used as a buffer in the middle.

Guide cake and door stopper installation

After the installation of the door limiter is completed, you can start to adjust the sliding door guide cake and the door lower limiter. The center line of the guide cake can be positioned according to the actual position of the flat steel under the door leaf. The guide cake needs to be exposed to the ground by about 10 to 15 mm with a distance of 500 mm. When the lower limiter is installed, the door leaf needs to be pushed 10 to 20 mm away from the outside. , And then fix the stopper with screws.
