Hydraulic Deceleration Technology For Sliding Doors

Utilizing resistance to the flow of oil through the piston holes, our sliding door dampers are designed to slow down the movement of sliding doors. They prevent violent impact when reaching the final position, allowing you to open or close sliding doors safely and silently; loud noise and door damaging through collisions will be a thing of the past. We are able to offer a range of sliding door dampers for door damping, and we also specialize in providing customized solutions.

Linear Dampers

Linear dampers work to provide a smooth, linear deceleration of a given load, using a medium such as silicone oil to control the deceleration of the load. Pneumatic linear dampers use air or nitrogen to achieve the same goal. While their performance may be achieved using similar means, their applications are very different.

A linear damper (for speed control)—whether hydraulic or pneumatic—is used when a load is in constant contact with the damper and the operator wants a smooth deceleration in either the compression or tension direction. Common applications where a linear damper may be found would be on sliding doors and lids. In these examples, the load is in contact with the damper when the deceleration starts. That is, there is no impact on the damper by the load.

In either case, the properly sized selected damper can extend the life of your equipment and protect your investment from early deterioration.

In the end, We work hand in hand with our customers, pursue the same goals and jointly develop new products. Our cooperation works is demonstrated by the result of the latest collaboration . Building on our proven sliding door hydraulic damper, we developed a hinge damper that reflects the current trend, and at the same time makes no compromises where movement ,comfort or stability is concerned.
